Atrium Pancakes in Gatlinburg

We visited based on previous reviews. Unfortunately we did not find the place as expected. The smell of cleaning fluid while we ate was sickening. The staff was pleasant but no one was wearing face masks during this pandemic.

Quality food, friendly service however felt a bit overpriced. Ordered 2 egg scramlets and 2 plain biscuits which totaled $38. Otherwise, food was satiafying

They have good food for a reasonable price. I had the pigs in a blanket which was sausages rolled up in pancakes. Our waiter was really friendly but was pretty busy with other things so we had to wait a while for syrup and then getting our check- otherwise I'd recommend if you're looking for a good breakfast for a good price.

Great food! I tried their signature dish, baked apple. It's like a apple-filled pancake that was made in a skillet. It comes with an apple syrup that is very good. The syrup is extremely sweet (shocking (sarcasm)). The actually cake is sweet, but not insanely sweet. It's almost like a half-way point between a very soft corn bread and a pancake. My wife tried the eggs Benedict. Her dish wasn't a real eggs Benedict, but was very good nonetheless. It's basically biscuits with sausage, eggs, and gravy. There was no hollandaise sauce and the eggs are not poached. Their food is great. I've attached images of our dishes so you can see what they look like. The staff was very friendly and attentive as well. I would definitely return. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I drove 1000 miles to get the baked apple pancake delicious. The apple syrup is homemade. They are checking temperatures before seating so very safe during these times. Staff was super friendly.

Food wasn’t that good, way over priced. Our server was sweet, but the hostess kept bugging my two year old, when he obviously didn’t want to talk to her. She was trying to be nice but was just making him very upset, and kept coming back to the table to try to talk to him. Waffle was hard and dry. The M&m pancake was great.

We came here for Thanksgiving breakfast and loved it. Gave a nice view of the strip and the food was fantastic! I ordered the LeConte breakfast, which was 2 eggs, meat of choice, and three large pancakes. Coffee was good and had a great dining experience.

My family and I have been staying at the crossroads inn right beside this restaurant. Every morning we went to this place for breakfast (20% off if your staying at the hotel) the last 4 mornings. The breakfast is delicious! We have gotten something different each morning and have not been disappointed at all. The food is great and the staff are very friendly. This place is worth stopping in and getting filled up to start your day.

Baked apple pancake take 20 minutes to fix. Food was good, service not so much. Expect to wait.

Good place to eat. Good atmosphere and great service. The waitress and hostess were really good with the kids and enjoyed them being there. The baked apple is really good and super filling. I definitely recommend this place.

So so. It's a classic. Bacon is the bomb. It's a local bacon. Pancakes look frozen and warmed up. Not the best. Prices have gone way up, but then again everyone has.

Was in gatlinburg for a week this is my second trip to Tennessee. I came back for the second time and ate here 4 times on my trip the food is always great very happy with service we will definitely return when in town

Food was good, service was good. Prices were decent compared to other places we ate at. I had the BLT and the bacon was great it had a very smoky flavor but a little salty.

Try it!!..Nothing fancy from the outside, but has old fashioned homey vibe, good service and good food. ..BAKED APPLE PANCAKE is great!! We have found a new breakfast place!!

Jamie was amazing server. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could. The food was absolute fire. My family and I were highly satisfied. We r out of towners so I recommend this to you all stopping thru for the best breakfast foods n staff.

a very great breakfast place, the only problem was that it was so popular there was a decent wait. overall a great place to go for breakfast ( if you go I highly suggest the apple pancake BUT YOU ONLY NEED ONE PANCAKE FOR TWO PEOPLE BECAUSE IT IS VERY LARGE ) I very much enjoyed the experience and will go there again in the future.

Love love love this place... Our last day on vacation and wanted to stop by one more time... Not a wait either... Tried the meat omelette... Very meaty... The baked apple pancake is definitely worth trying...

Good food,clean, and friendly service but kinda pricey but I'd eat there again and they was strongly on ppl wearing mask and took ur temperature as u walk through the doors 🙂

Awesome food. Banana nut pancakes and hillbilly breakfast with sausage gravy and fried green tomato was yummy.

My boyfriend and I went here for breakfast and lunch. The food was good and so was the service. They check your temperature when you arrive as well which I liked. It is less crowded than most places too.

Really good food. Really nice people. French toast was great. Nice with our 4 year old. Lose a star for dirty floor and sweeping under the table while we were sitting there, leaving the broom there for a bit, and when we let them know they were out of toilet paper they just put a new roll on a seat and not installed. Good and nice just missing on finer points.

Great place. Needs updating but everything else was good. This place has parking. Everywhere else you either walk or pay for parking.

Delicious pancakes. The toppings on the red, white and blue pancakes were amazing. Biscuits and gravy were wonderful. The restaurant was super clean. Staff was very friendly. They care so much about their food that the waitress even apologized for the sloppy whipped cream presentation.

The atmosphere is excellent. The hot chocolate is perfect. Their coffee is also great. Pancakes delicious!

The young lady that took care of me was very kind and made sure that I had coffee and did not rush me at all. Great breakfast, next time I'm in Gatlinburg I will try their pancakes.

Yum! We just happened to find this place because where we were originally planning on going had too long of a wait, but I'm so glad we left! This place is so good! You have to try their baked apple! And their ham was so tasty! It's a very cute place that has a very warm atmosphere.

Second time eating there and completely satisfied both times. The Belgium waffles are the best and the bacon is great. You won't be disappointed.

We came in for a late breakfast on our trip as we heard they have great breakfast food. Pancakes were fantastic and had a lot of options for mixins/types. I also had an amazing bacon, egg and cheese sandwich which I highly recommend. Staff were attentive and friendly but not too pushy. Parking is a little tight and getting out onto the road was nearly impossible with the local traffic jam since this location is located right on the main road. Give yourself extra time to plan around traffic delays. Atmosphere is calm, quiet and relaxing. Decor is a little old but charming. We will definitely come back next time when visiting Gatlinburg!

24Mar19. My wife, daughter, and I ate here. I had a scramble with strawberry pancakes. My daughter had an omelet. My wife had the baked apple pancake. It was huge. Needless to say, but the food was absolutely delicious. The service was great. It is worth stopping in.

The food is so excellent I had to give it two stars. However, the service was HORRIBLE. I quickly figured out that the rude server didn't introduce herself probably to avoid complaints. She spilled coffee on my friend and didn't apologize, was very short and demanding when taking orders, and overall she was very inattentive and unhelpful. I love the hillbilly eggs Benedict and apple pancakes there, so I still highly suggest getting take out!

Coffee was bland. Friendly waitress that did a great job waiting on us. However... the food was not so good. Pancakes were very white and dry; didn’t have that golden brown. Scrambled eggs were way over cooked. Home fries were the best part. Beware when paying tip with card, their percent for tipping included after tax amount (base tip on amount before tax).
